NAGASAKI, Japan - Photo taken July 6, 2014, shows former Nagasaki Mayor Hitoshi Motoshima, who was shot by a member of a right-wing group in 1990 after saying Emperor Hirohito bore responsibility for World War II, attending a memorial ceremony to commemorate Chinese victims of the atomic bomb at Nagasaki Peace Park in Nagasaki, southwestern Japan. He died of pneumonia at age 92 on Oct. 31, 2014.
